No experience needed, just join in for these friendly and relaxed sessions.

Mindful Hour Classes

Join these one hour monthly Mindful Hour sessions live in the Simply Mindfulness Studio or streamed online live to the comfort of your home.   By taking this time to focus the present moment, you can help to steady yourself when thoughts tend to lead down pathways that can create strong emotions and body reactions, having a serious impact on our health.  And practising mindfulness with a group can help you stay focussed and feel connected to others.  Beginners welcome.  Learn more about mindfulness here.

Mindful Yoga Mini-Retreat

Bring a mat, packed lunch, chair to eat outside and come dressed for the weather for this day of reconnecting with your mind, body and nature.  Led by experienced mindfulness instructor Debbie Larson and Yoga teacher Michelle Busuttil.

10:15-12:00      Hatha Yoga  (studio)
12:00-13:00     Lunch outside (under shelter)
13:00-14:00     Mindful Walk in Nature
14:00-14:20     Mindfulness Practice (studio)
14:20-14:30     Farewells
