Mindful Yoga Mini-Retreat
Connect with your mind, body and nature in the stunning Norfolk Broads along the River Yare. Led by experienced mindfulness instructor Debbie and yoga teacher Michelle. Course limited to 6 people. No experience is needed, just bring an openness to experiencing mindfulness and yoga in a peaceful space.

12:00-13:00 Bring a packed lunch to enjoy outside (under shelter if needed)
13:00-13:30 Mindfulness – What is it and a short practice
13:30-14:00 Mindful Walk outdoors
14:00-14:20 Mindfulness Practice (studio)
14:30 End of Retreat
