Ann has a BA(Cons) and spent her professional life as a Modern Languages Teacher with German as her specialism. She was drawn to Yoga in her 30’s when seeking help for generalised anxiety. Yoga really helped. Then, at the age of 40, after sustaining a serious injury to her back, it was Yoga she turned to for her rehabilitation. After gaining a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma, she went on to teach in a variety of settings including prisons, schools, MIND, businesses and public classes at various Norwich venues. Ann has also worked with people individually who are recovering from conditions such as ME or cancer.
Ann is also an experienced Meditator and Mindfulness practitioner.
