Hard to believe, but the time has come to look towards setting dates for the New Year (prompted by a few e-mails from people wanting to book!). I was so hoping to be back in the studio for a face-face course, but January is not far off and unfortunately COVID disruptions are still likely – so it’s online we remain for another term. Not that this is a bad thing. There has been more than one participant make the comment “this is SO nice!” when they log on from the comfort and safety of their home to find our little group coming online together to share a common purpose – learning mindfulness!
If you would like to join the next online 8-Week Mindfulness for Life course, it begins on 19th of January and will run from 12:30pm-2:30pm each Tuesday.
