With the current Simply Mindfulness Online 8-Week Mindfulness for Life course over the half way point, we are already looking to autumn. With many people continuing to need to self-isolate and the likely ongoing need for social distancing, we will remain with online learning for the autumn courses. With only 10 spaces available in each course, there will be plenty of opportunity to interact with the course leader, Debbie Larson, or simply sit back and learn in the comfort of you own home. There is a Monday afternoon course from 1:00-2:30pm and an evening course from 8:00-9:30pm. The courses begin on September 28th/29th and cost £200.
