The studio and the surroundings are at their most peaceful and beautiful at the moment. Perfect to welcome everyone back from summer. We still have your favourite yoga and pilates classes running on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings in the studio with Avril and Michelle and we are excited to introduce Ann, who has joined us with her wealth of experience leading Restorative Yoga classes. Restorative Yoga will run 12:30-2:30pm on the first Monday of each month, beginning 4th October, to nurture the body and mind, particularly in the presence of difficulty. The studio 8-Week Mindfulness Course (£230)on Tuesday afternoons is full, so a second course on Wednesday afternoons from 12:30-2:30pm, beginning 6th October, is now open for booking. We are still keeping a toe in the online world by offering an online evening 8-Week Mindfulness Course (£195) on Monday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm. All courses are taught by Debbie.
Debbie is running a free online Mindfulness Information and Taster Session on 13th September on Zoom from 7:30-8:15 for anyone who would like to learn what mindfulness is, where it comes from, and why it’s so good for us. This session provides an introduction to the 8-Week Mindfulness Course, but is open for anyone who is just curious and would like to learn more.
