FREE Online Mindfulness for Teens Introduction
Our Mindfulness in Schools Secondary School Trainer is holding our first FREE Online Mindfulness for Teens Introduction on Thursday 21st January from 5:00-5:45pm. This session will introduce mindfulness as a strategy to help cope with the disruptions, uncertainty and isolation we are currently experiencing, and to help cope with all difficulties that are natural part of life. Join Laura for this free informative session to simply learn a little more about mindfulness or as a precursor to the 8 session Mindfulness for Teens Course beginning 25th January, 2021.
