Join us for this Free Live Online Mindfulness Information and Taster Session on Monday 13th September from 7:30-8:15 pm. This is an introduction for people taking the 8-Week Mindfulness Course but it is open to anyone who would like to listen in to learn what mindfulness is, where is came from and why it’s so good for us. Based in science and delivered with humour, this will be an informative and entertaining 45 minutes.
