Mindful Yoga Mini-Retreats – 4th May and 15th June

Join us at the Simply Mindfulness studio in Postwick, Norwich for our next Mindful Yoga Mini-Retreats on 4th May and 15th of June from 10:00-2:30pm.  Michelle will take you through gentle Hatha Yoga in the morning and  Debbie will lead a mindful walk in the gardens outside followed by mindfulness in the studio.  No previous experience of mindfulness or yoga is needed, just a willingness to ‘be’ to recharge your body and mind.  More details can be found here.  E-mail info@simplymindfulness.com to book.
