Join us at the Simply Mindfulness studio in Postwick, Norwich for our next Mindful Yoga Mini-Retreats on 4th May and 15th of June from 10:00-2:30pm. Michelle will take you through gentle Hatha Yoga in the morning and Debbie will lead a mindful walk in the gardens outside followed by mindfulness in the studio.
