We are thrilled to welcome Ann to the Simply Mindfulness Studio. Ann will be teaching restorative yoga on the first Monday of each month beginning on 4th October 2021 from 12:30-2:30pm.
In this monthly class, the emphasis will be on taking time to be with ourselves in an attentive and compassionate way. We will practice some of the key classical Yoga poses to enliven the body and mind and to restore a sense of balance. There will be ample time to relax and rest in poses. Here the use of props will be key, in supporting and anchoring ourselves. Mindful breathing exercises will then follow. A warm welcome will be given to all, regardless of experience.
