We are so thrilled to have the very experienced Ann offering Restorative Yoga in the studio on the first Monday of each month from 1:00-2:30pm. This is the perfect class for people who are healing and would benefit from a restful and compassionate practice. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for information or to book. The next class is 7th March. It is £16 per 90 minute class and there is no obligation to commit to a block of classes. Simply come when you can.
In this monthly class, the emphasis will be on taking time to be with ourselves in an attentive and compassionate way. We will practice some of the key classical Yoga poses to enliven the body and mind and to restore a sense of balance. There will be ample time to relax and rest in poses. Here the use of props will be key, in supporting and anchoring ourselves. Mindful breathing exercises will then follow. A warm welcome will be given to all, regardless of experience.
