I’m so excited to finally have a place to call the home of Simply Mindfulness. The new Simply Mindfulness Studio is nearly complete and will be ready to go for the January courses. It’s a converted stable on Postwick Hall Farm along the River Yare, 5 minutes south of the A47. This has been a long time in the making and finding a location has not been easy. Although the community halls and yoga studios have been tremendously accommodating, environment does help the mindful experience, and I was really keen to find a mindful place close to Norwich without the hustle and bustle of the city. Balancing access with peaceful environment and having all the other stars to align to have a place to call home has taken time but it finally feels real enough to put it “out there”. It’s a little studio that will comfortably fit 15 people with a separate entrance hall with a kitchen and loo. There will be a patio out front and a picnic area to the side under an old oak tree along the river. The farmer and his wife are friends who never thought about wellbeing when they moved to this site, but they had an old stable in need of a purpose and I had a purpose without a home. Some things are meant to be.
