Simply Mindfulness Moves On-Line
With new advice coming out today encouraging us to avoid social contact, I told a friend that I would have to cancel my courses this spring. Her reply was that we needed mindfulness more than ever. With this in mind, I’ve moved the April-June 2020 Mindfulness Course on-line. This simple act has filled me with excitement at providing an opportunity for people to take the 8-Week Mindfulness Course in the safety and comfort of your own home at a time when there is space to learn and improve your wellbeing. I truly hope many people will gather on-line with me on Monday evenings at 7:30-9:00pm beginning on 20th April to create a small community that learns together and supports each other in this difficult and emotional time. As this is brand new, it is at a reduced price of £40 per household.
