Welcome back to the studio from 17th May

Yeah!  We’re back!  The Simply Mindfulness Team have loved supporting you with online yoga, pilates and mindfulness classes during this period of lockdown, but we are more than ready to get back in the studio.  You have spoken and we have listened, so many of the classes will still be accessible online for those of you who have enjoyed logging on from home, but we are looking forward to welcoming those who would like to get back to the studio sessions from 17th May 2021.  We have Yoga on Tuesday and Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings and Pilates on Thursday mornings and Tuesday evening.  The next studio 8-Week Mindfulness Course will begin on 2nd October on Tuesday afternoons.  Our Wellbeing Workshops will also restart, beginning with a Mindful Yoga Day on 28th June from 10:00-2:00.   Have a look at our studio page for more details and contact us for information or to book a place.  We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
