We’re Back Online for January/February 2021

Happy New Year from our Simply Mindfulness family to yours.  And for the New Year, we are back online.  Frankly, we’re getting quite good at this now.  All of our instructors have systems in place to continue to support their classes at home, giving everyone that much needed continuity and connection that we now know is essential to staying well in lockdown.  If you are already regularly attend a class at the Postwick studio, then your instructor will have been in touch.  If you would like to join one of classes, have a look at the studio schedule and contact the instructor to find out more information about joining the online sessions.  From mindfulness to yoga to pilates, we’re here to support you in body and mind.  Much love and take care.  Debbie x
