A soon-to-be published study from the University of Oxford shows that people who work through the Finding Peace in a Frantic World book by Mark Williams and Danny Penman, experience an improvement in their wellbeing. Not sure about you, but I could do with a boost.
We will aim to read a chapter a week from 8th Feb until we complete the 8-Week programme. All you need to do is request to join the Simply Mindfulness Finding Peace in a Frantic World private Facebook Group and get your hands on a copy of the book (or audiobook). Ask questions, share experiences, or just come along for the ride. You can read the introduction chapters before 8th Feb, but wait for us for Chapter 5!
